The New York State Workers' Compensation Hub brings The Comp Desk into Claude: New York workers' compensation calculators, rates, forms, the glossary and explainers, case law, a doctor finder, nine free workflow skills, and sending cases to your Pro Workspace. It is for New York practitioners and injured workers, and it covers New York only.
The Comp Desk is a software platform, not a law firm. This is general information, not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds the connector for the organization first; members then connect.
claude mcp add --transport http nys-workers-comp-hub https://ltibymvlytodkemdeeox.supabase.co/functions/v1/nys-workers-comp-hub/mcp
or install the plugin: /plugin install nys-workers-comp-hub --marketplace jmays2294-creator/nys-workers-comp-hub.
You don't need an account for the calculators, the reference tools or the doctor finder. The two Pro Workspace tools need a Comp Desk Pro or Firm attorney account. The first time Claude uses one, it shows a Connect button. Sign in with your Comp Desk account and approve one permission: "Add cases to your Pro Workspace". That permission cannot read your other tabs, saved cases, account or billing, and it can't change tabs you made. To disconnect, use Claude's connector settings.

| Add cases to my Pro Workspace | Pro and Firm only: sends cases from your prep to your own Pro Workspace as finished tabs |
| Import status | Pro and Firm only: whether they imported, and the figures your workspace computed |
The calculators use calc-core, the same engine as The Comp Desk app, the calculators on this site and the Pro Workspace. If an input is missing, the calculator says what it needs and calculates nothing. It never guesses.
The drafting skills prepare drafts only. A licensed attorney reviews, edits and signs everything before it is filed or sent.
The Hub receives only what a tool needs: numbers and dates for a calculation, a search phrase, or a borough or ZIP code. The calculators don't accept names, case numbers, Social Security numbers or dates of birth. We don't store calculator inputs or results, and we never see your conversation with Claude. For rate limiting we keep a count under a scrambled form of the connection for two days. The Pro Workspace tools send only the cases you approve, and only to your own Pro Workspace. See Privacy Policy §2.7 and Terms of Use §12.
