1. Service Description
Scope: The Comp Desk operates a neutral lead distribution service connecting injured workers in New York with participating workers' compensation attorneys. This is not a referral service. No compensation is paid or received for recommending any specific attorney; leads are distributed by neutral round-robin rotation.
