When we can do it
Weekday evenings, 6–9 PM Eastern — that's when members can actually attend. Daytime sessions are available when booked at least 30 days out. There's also a standing open session on the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 PM that any member can join without their local booking anything.

Who presents it
Joel Mays, Esq. is a practicing New York State workers' compensation attorney who appears before the Workers' Compensation Board and handles claims through every stage — from the initial C-3 filing through hearings, permanency, and settlement. He built The Comp Desk because injured workers kept asking him the same questions at hearings.
